- ALL digital products are NON-REFUNDABLE! No excuses or explanations accepted.
- ALL physical products have a 24-hour return policy. The products must NOT have been used, no evidence of tampering, impairment, or destroyed when we recieve it from you and a credit will be applied to your account.
- We are not responsible for any shipping delays once your order has left our facilities nor if you ordered from one of our service partners. We will notify you as to when the physical item has been shipped (left our facilities) and let you know the earliest date to be expecting it arrive to your location as listed on your account.
